Actor Nicholas Courtney, who has acted with every Doctor in the TV series "Doctor Who" passed away today at the age of 81. He was a regular on the show since 1964 and also appeared in the spin-off series The Sarah Jane Adventures.

Courtney was best known for his role as Brigadier Lethbridge Stewart
