Second Suspected Syria Nuclear Site Is Found
Yeah this won't end well.
What if the two Iranian ships were full of centrifuges and parts for that new nuclear facility? Other article states that it's probably a small uranium conversion facility... what if... Syria has made enriched uranium for Iran? And the supply ship is to move it to Iran?
Janey, any ``inside`` info on this report?
What is weird is that this report comes out the day after Iran docks in Syria... the images were taken in July 2008... why make it public NOW?
This stinks A LOT... it has the smell of war pretext.
A second suspected nuclear installation has been identified in Syria, according to commercial satellite photos, providing new evidence that Damascus may have been pursuing atomic weapons before a 2007 Israeli military strike.
The publishing Wednesday of the photos by Washington's Institute for Science and International Security could increase pressure on the United Nations to demand expansive new inspections of suspect Syrian facilities during a March board meeting of the International Atomic Energy Agency.
Yeah this won't end well.

I think you are exactly right about releasing this to handle public perceptions. It has been known in intel circles for quite a while.
