Those members with experience or interest in this area are encouraged to post and post often, keeping in mind that the general audience may not know the lingo or have the personal experience to connect the dots. We are not writing academic papers here folks, we are trying to spread information quickly, accurately, and as effortlessly as possible.

Debate is encouraged and necessary. Opinions are an important part of debate, however in keeping with the general tenor of the site, civility is the mark of authority. Play nice.

I am so looking forward to seeing your part of this site come to life! The reason is, I know nothing at all about economics, except perhaps how quickly the bills empty my bank account!

If I understand correctly, the banks in Egypt did not open as planned yesterday (Sunday).

Do you have any reports regarding the financial situation in Egypt?

My concern is that householders need to buy food, and businesses replenish inventory.

We are now hearing Next Sunday, Feb 13. But really, who knows? Nobody anymore.
