Africa/Asia fora?

As long as we're setting up forums for global regions or continenets, we may as well have one for Asia (or Russia, or both) and Africa (sub-saharan).

I don't know where to put a thread about Robert Mugabe and Zimbabwe, so I guess I'll put it in Breaking News.

We are about to migrate to the final forum software imminently, you will be pleased to know that Asia-pacific and Africa both have their own sections.

We have also reduced the amount of sections that we have now, in response to feedback. A lot of other exciting changes too!
